Carasent is on an exciting journey within the e-health and innovation, and we want to strengthen our People & Culture Team with a Talent Manager who wants to tune into our vision of Enabling future care. We strive to enable a sustainable, people centred organizational growth in order to achieve an excellent product delivery of e-health solutions. You'll be working from our Gothenburg Evimeria Office but will support Carasent - together with the People & Culture team.
We are in a scaling phase and growing rapidly, therefore we are searching for a Talent Manager with an interest in talent acquisition, organization, talent, people, structure and growth. You think recruitment is a craft and although we collaborate in the People & Culture Team, you will take the lead in our Recruitment & growth processes, operationally and strategically.
Your strong self-awareness, interest in people, and their motivation combined with a solid experience in supporting organizational growth through recruitment make you a key player in our team. It’s a strong advantage if you have the experience of both brand positioning/communication and recruitment from a scale-up within tech/IT.
You are a problem solver, and your analytical mindset helps you identify the right addition to growing teams. You have great communication skills and hopefully, you thrive when working in a growing and engaged HR/People team where transparency is key.

-Lead and/or support projects related to growth/HR
-Solid experience from recruitment and sourcing within tech/IT
-Experience from developing processes and leaders related to talent acquisition
-Relevant experience from Employer Branding
-Experience in organizational design and development
-Experience in supporting management and growing teams
-Project Management experience and an experienced system user
-Full professional proficiency in Swedish, excellent English skills, written and spoken
-Relevant education in Human Resource Management or another relevant field is preferred
